1. Deliver and implement the product training plan for key retailers distributing Chanel products.
2. Develop product knowledge for Chanel sales personnel in both retail and wholesale sectors.
3. Adapt and implement training plans defined by the Paris headquarters.
4. Implement the service training plan in collaboration with Retail Training and Client Experience functions.
5. Manage training operations in collaboration with Product Marketing and Operations teams, including handling orders and work materials.
6. Provide cross-functional support to all activities within the Training department.

1. Bachelor's degree

1. Project management
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Classroom training and workshop management
4. In-depth knowledge of fragrances, skincare, and makeup
5. Client-oriented mindset
6. Proficiency in digital systems (LMS) and digital facilitation (webinars, livestreaming)
7. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the beauty sector, with additional experience in training or in-store roles considered advantageous.
