1. Deliver and implement the product training plan for key retailers distributing Chanel products.
2. Develop product knowledge for Chanel's sales personnel, including both Retail and Wholesale sectors.
3. Adapt and implement training plans defined by the Paris headquarters.
4. Implement the service training plan in collaboration with Retail Training and Client Experience functions.
5. Manage training operations in collaboration with Product Marketing and Operations, including order management and work materials.
6. Provide cross-functional support to all activities within the Training department.

1. Bachelor's degree

1. Project management
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Classroom training and workshop management
4. Passion for products and knowledge of the three axes (fragrances, skincare, makeup)
5. Client-oriented mindset
6. Digital system management (LMS – Learning Management System)
7. Proficiency in digital facilitation (webinars, digital livestreaming)
8. Advanced English language proficiency
9. Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
10. Willingness to travel

Previous experience in similar training roles is considered an advantage.
