1. Manage regular stock replenishment and campaign allocations to support the sell-through journey.
2. Monitor product availability and optimize inventory to align with sales trends and marketing calendars.
3. Collaborate with Distribution, Retail, and Regional teams to ensure smooth campaign launches and on-time deliveries.
4. Track shipments and coordinate with the Distribution Centre to ensure timely and accurate product flow.
5. Analyze business data to generate reports that inform product performance, sales trends, and inventory health.
6. Contribute to key supply chain functions including product registration, product returns, and quality inquiries.

1. Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. 2+ years of experience in merchandising, supply, or retail planning.

2. Strong organizational and coordination skills.
3. Collaborative and adaptable attitude.
4. Proficiency in reporting tools and basic systems (e.g., Excel, Coupa).
5. Passion for the beauty industry and luxury retail.

A minimum of 2 years in merchandising, supply, or retail planning is required.

Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
