Chanel Product Analyst

- Analyze sales data and manage weekly replenishment from the main warehouse to points of sale (POS).
- Monitor and maintain optimal counter stock levels with appropriate product assortment and quantities.
- Track out-of-stock items and reallocate stock from other POS as needed.
- Collaborate with Retail and Marketing teams to align stock replenishment with business objectives.
- Coordinate ordering with retailers and distribution center teams for product delivery scheduling.
- Ensure timely communication of product delivery updates, replenishment issues, and total sell-in figures.
- Complete new product registration with trade partners and order new products in advance to ensure readiness.
- Follow up on shipment status and allocate new items according to launch campaign plans.
- Manage demand and supply planning for non-saleable items and update forecasts in the global system.
- Monitor tester and sample usage to align with forecasts and minimize obsolescence.
- Prepare stock reports for all counters and manage discontinued or obsolete stock levels.
- Assist in managing non-moving stocks by collaborating with Retail teams and POS.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of marketing and sales reporting, including shipment tracking and overstock reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Expertise in Power BI and data analytics tools.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Thai.
Minimum 3 years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, merchandising, or a related area, preferably within the beauty, retail, or FMCG sectors.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
