Chanel Process Technician - Powder Manufacturing

- Participate in the industrialization of new products within the Powder Production Unit.
- Ensure optimization of performance and lead or participate in project studies.
- Develop and implement necessary procedures for efficient service operation.
- Attend preparation and follow-up meetings with the pilot laboratory.
- Draft operational manufacturing ranges.
- Oversee initial manufacturing processes and participate in debrief meetings.
- Develop and provide relevant manufacturing indicators.
- Propose, implement, and monitor improvement actions for time, safety-ergonomics, and quality.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S and autonomous maintenance.
- Analyze and monitor non-conformities and implement solutions.
- Conduct impact studies in the 'change control' process of equipment.
- Participate in the definition, reception, and qualification of new manufacturing equipment.
- Ensure the follow-up of industrial trials.
- Manage the transposition of new technologies while adhering to safety, quality, cost, and timeline standards.
- Train users on new equipment.
- Develop and implement procedures incorporating safety and quality dimensions.
- Minimum of ten years of experience in production, preferably in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or food industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
