1. Contribute to the identification and implementation of improvements in the Source to Pay (S2P) process.
2. Optimize operational efficiency and ensure compliance with local regulations.
3. Analyze business and operational impacts of process and tool changes.
4. Promote best practices and innovation to enhance performance.
5. Participate in S2P transformation projects, including ERP, digitalization, and automation.
6. Facilitate workshops to understand business needs and map processes.
7. Document processes, rules, and associated controls.
8. Coordinate with local and global teams for process harmonization and reporting.
9. Collect and monitor S2P process KPIs and implement improvement actions.
10. Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders.
11. Present progress and impacts to management and teams.
12. Support the adoption of new practices and tools.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Engineering, Finance, Procurement, IT, or related fields.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in transformation roles within Procurement or Finance, with exposure to S2P processes and ERP tools.

1. Strong analytical and prioritization skills.
2. Proficiency in English.
3. Ability to propose and implement tailored solutions.
4. Experience in international or European contexts is preferred.

At least 5 years in transformation roles within Procurement or Finance, with exposure to S2P processes and ERP tools, ideally in an international or European context.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Engineering, Finance, Procurement, IT, or related fields.
