1. Lead the transformation of the Source to Pay (S2P) process, ensuring performance, compliance, and alignment with strategic objectives.
2. Collaborate with procurement, finance, IT, and local and global stakeholders to evolve and optimize S2P processes across Europe.
3. Participate in the digitalization and continuous improvement of processes using tools such as Coupa, ERP, and Basware.
4. Identify opportunities for end-to-end S2P process improvement and operational efficiency.
5. Contribute to transformation projects including ERP implementation, digitalization, and automation.
6. Facilitate workshops to understand business needs and map processes.
7. Document processes, rules, and controls, ensuring alignment with local and global teams.
8. Monitor S2P process KPIs and propose improvement actions.
9. Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders, presenting progress and impacts to management.
10. Support change management and user adoption of new practices and tools.

1. Advanced degree (Bac+5) in Business, Engineering, Finance, Procurement, IT, or related fields.

1. Strong analytical and prioritization skills with the ability to propose tailored solutions.
2. Fluency in English is essential.
3. Proficiency in ERP systems and S2P tools.

Minimum of 5 years in transformation roles within procurement or finance, with exposure to S2P processes and ERP tools, ideally in an international or European context.

Advanced degree (Bac+5) in relevant fields.
