1. Implement private client strategy and local private client program roadmap.
2. Develop personal relationships with top private clients and understand their lifestyle, preferences, and sales performance.
3. Collaborate with Retail teams, Client Engagement Executives, and Global/Regional Private Client teams.
4. Recruit and develop local private client base and programs.
5. Define yearly plans for private client mapping and journey, including events, activities, and client targeting.
6. Identify local opportunities and create private client experiences aligned with brand values.
7. Accompany clients as a Brand Ambassador for local and international events.
8. Support boutique development of private client relationships through coaching and feedback.

1. Deep understanding of Thai luxury clients and retail dynamics.
2. Solid level of sophistication and cultural knowledge, including art, cuisine, and winery.
3. Personal network and connections in affluent circles.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to interact proactively with management and staff at all levels.
3. Strong organizational and administrative skills.
4. Ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively.
5. Client service and high-end mindset.

Experience in luxury retail or client management, with a focus on high-end clientele.
