1. Coordinate ongoing Print projects in collaboration with the Localization team, internal and external teams, and European countries, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and quality standards.
2. Manage Print press requests from internal stakeholders via the dedicated order platform, ensuring technical requirements and deadlines are met.
3. Coordinate technical material requests with the Artistic Direction services and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery to magazines and newspapers.
4. Oversee Print display requests from internal stakeholders and European countries, ensuring technical compliance and timely delivery.
5. Handle administrative tasks, including drafting and sending purchase orders to suppliers.
6. Update daily dashboards and service activity summaries regarding the number of produced posters.

1. Higher education degree in advertising, marketing, or a related field.

1. Dynamic, organized, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
2. Ability to work collaboratively in a team, demonstrating flexibility and autonomy.
3. Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
4. Competent in Microsoft Office Suite.

No specific experience required, though previous exposure to advertising or marketing environments is beneficial.
