- Design and oversee software architectures for web, mobile, microservices, and APIs developed by Chanel Mode teams.
- Ensure technical coherence and robustness of architectural choices across all products and modules, prioritizing Java, web, and mobile technologies.
- Lead the modernization of legacy applications and integration of software packages in collaboration with IT architecture teams.
- Supervise technical decisions and support the skill development of developers across product, TMA, and QA squads.
- Challenge proposed solutions and ensure adherence to best practices in coding, security, performance, and accessibility.
- Participate in code reviews, problem resolution, technical debt management, and standardization of development environments.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and integration of automated tests.
- Contribute to defining technical standards, documentation, and delivery processes within the Software Factory.
- Coordinate software version lifecycle management, ensuring coherence of deliverables and integration of modules.
- Work closely with the QA Test Lead to incorporate testability and quality requirements into architectural designs.
- Lead technological innovation and recommend stack and framework evolutions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the Software Factory.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in full-stack software architecture, primarily with Java, in product and TMA contexts.
- Proficiency in Java frameworks (Spring Boot, JEE), microservices architectures, web (Angular/React/Node.js), and mobile (iOS/Android) environments.
- Expertise in CI/CD, automation, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and automated test integration.
- Ability to technically lead multiple squads and promote software excellence standards.
- Collaborative mindset, rigor, pedagogical skills, and results-oriented approach.
- Professional proficiency in English is essential.
