- Design and oversee the evolution of software architectures for Chanel Mode's web, mobile, and microservices solutions.
- Ensure technical coherence and robustness across all products and modules, prioritizing Java, web, and mobile technologies.
- Lead the modernization of legacy applications and integration of software packages.
- Supervise technical decisions and support skill development within product squads.
- Challenge proposed solutions and ensure adherence to best practices in clean code, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments.
- Define technical standards and documentation for the Software Factory.
- Coordinate software version lifecycle management, ensuring consistency and integration.
- Work with QA Test Lead to incorporate testability and quality requirements from the design phase.
- Drive technological watch and recommend stack and framework evolutions.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the Factory.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in full-stack software architecture, predominantly in Java, web, and mobile contexts.
- Proficiency in Java frameworks (Spring Boot, JEE), microservices architectures, and web/mobile environments (Angular/React/Node.js, iOS/Android).
- Experience in CI/CD, automation, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and automated testing integration.
- Ability to technically lead multiple squads and promote software excellence standards.
- Professional proficiency in English.
