Chanel Pricing Assistant Intern

- Assist the Product Valuation & Pricing team in the pricing process of leather goods components such as leather, fabrics, and metal pieces.
- Maintain direct and continuous communication with the leather goods supplier panel.
- Conduct inventory of new collection components for potential negotiations.
- Input recurring prices into the PLM tool and verify the accuracy of new component pricing by partners.
- Monitor and analyze price trends and material positioning in relation to fluctuations in precious metal and raw material markets.
- Study costs and margins associated with components.
- Participate in negotiations based on collection needs.
- Engage in projects aimed at introducing new components or enhancing existing ones.
- Analyze new components (leather and metal pieces) developed for each collection.
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program (Master 1 or Master 2) at a business or engineering school, ideally with a focus on Purchasing or Management Control.
- Previous experience in Purchasing or Management Control is preferred.
- Strong numerical aptitude and sensitivity to fashion/luxury products.
- Proficiency in English; Italian is a plus.
- Advanced computer skills, particularly in Excel.
- Rigorous, autonomous, and proactive with strong interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in Purchasing or Management Control is advantageous.
Master's student in a relevant field.
