1. Manage global shopping returns and track overdue items, ensuring inventory accuracy and product condition.
2. Support the Shopping Team with press dispatch preparations and event coordination, including digital documentation and packaging.
3. Create and maintain collection schedules, ensuring updates and extensions are managed by press interns.
4. Assist with showroom supply inventory and reporting, optimizing stock levels of packaging materials.
5. Update showroom activity reports to support ongoing operations.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school or pursuing a Bac +2 or higher degree with a focus on communication, press, or fashion.

1. Strong organizational and communication skills.
2. Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
3. Fluency in English.

No prior experience required, but a background in communication, press, or fashion is preferred.

Currently pursuing a Bac +2 or higher degree in a relevant field.
