1. Manage global shopping returns and track overdue items, ensuring inventory accuracy.
2. Support the Shopping team in preparing press shipments and events, including documentation and packaging.
3. Create and maintain collection schedules, updating them with the help of press interns.
4. Assist with showroom supply inventory and reporting to optimize stock levels.
5. Update showroom activity reports.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school or pursuing a degree equivalent to Bac +2 or higher, with a specialization in communication, press, or fashion.

1. Strong interpersonal and service-oriented skills.
2. Excellent organizational and detail-oriented abilities.
3. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with other software such as Word and PowerPoint.
4. Fluent in English.
