Chanel Press Assistant Intern

- Assist the Press team with daily tasks within the Watches and Fine Jewelry division.
- Manage photo shoots in France, including handling items, stock analysis, and ensuring security and insurance.
- Oversee the management of entrusted items and couriers.
- Apply established procedures such as weekly tracking and monitoring press coverage.
- Coordinate celebrity fittings for fashion shows and public relations events.
- Send proposals and intranet press links to the media.
- Suggest specific themes to journalists that align with the brand's image.
- Participate in Press Shopping Meetings.
- Assist in organizing the launch of new High Jewelry collections and PR events.
- Provide logistical support for events, press presentations, and press trips such as the Deauville American Film Festival and Cannes Film Festival.
- Monitor magazines and Instagram for coverage.
- Ensure reporting of key launches and integrate coverage into Salesforce.
- Track and report on INFLUENCE campaigns, creating campaigns on Lefty and participating in brainstorming sessions.
- Currently enrolled in a Communication or Business School.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Creativity and ability to propose innovative ideas.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English.
No prior professional experience required, but a keen interest in luxury fashion and public relations is essential.
Currently enrolled in a Communication or Business School.
