Chanel PR Coordinator

- Monitor fashion-related content on social media platforms, websites, and blogs for Chanel and its competitors.
- Track and analyze competitors' monthly activities, including magazine covers.
- Cleanse and manage data from the Lefty platform for PR results.
- Update influencer activation results and PR values.
- Maintain and update PR value files for all PR-related events.
- Cross-check event result files from agencies against actual media coverage and data.
- Assist in creating the monthly best clipping report and update the monthly PR meeting presentation.
- Upload media clippings to Global SharePoint and coordinate agency uploads for project results.
- Support PR event logistics and operations.
- Coordinate with translation agencies for press material translations.
- Review and edit press releases for clarity and accuracy.
- Prepare and update lookbooks for celebrity and influencer dressing.
- Organize invoices related to monthly expenses and communicate with the media advertisement team for expense processing.
- Manage logistics and reservations for PR guests' trips.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably with a major in fashion.
- At least 2 years of experience in the fashion industry, particularly in the high-end luxury market.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent interpersonal relations and enriched PR network.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Global awareness, methodical approach, and outgoing personality.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in the fashion industry, with a focus on high-end luxury markets.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in fashion.
