1. Serve as the primary IT counterpart for the new POS implementation project.
2. Lead solution design across regions, ensuring local requirements for Fashion, Fragrance and Beauty, and Watches and Fine Jewelry are integrated.
3. Conduct detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions.
4. Transform business requirements into system specifications and develop necessary product modifications.
5. Identify gaps, issues, and propose effective solutions.
6. Act as a liaison with business teams for troubleshooting software issues.
7. Proactively identify and propose enhancements to business processes or systems.
8. Work independently and self-directed.
9. Train team members on the selected solution to build local expertise before implementation.

1. Minimum of 5 years experience with leading Point of Sales systems such as Xstore, Y2.
2. At least 5 years experience in POS consulting services or business environments implementing POS applications.
3. Deep understanding of Point of Sales business processes.
4. Experience in developing rollout strategies.
5. Understanding of integration points between POS and other store/head office systems.

1. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects concurrently.
2. Effective team collaboration skills.
3. Result-oriented with flexibility and resourcefulness.
4. Strong communication skills for explanation, persuasion, and training.
5. Proficiency in English and Business Japanese (N2 level).

A minimum of 5 years of experience with top-tier POS systems and in POS consulting or business environments.
