1. Contribute to the development and refinement of the 3-year Strategic Roadmap for Global Infrastructure Services (GIS).
2. Drive and coordinate Global Governance & Project Management Meetings to foster collaboration across global teams.
3. Maintain and update internal SharePoint and Project Portfolio, ensuring accurate and current information flow.
4. Prepare monthly committee reports for the Infrastructure Department, including Project Portfolio Performance and Dashboards.
5. Enhance and implement new features for tools like SharePoint and Infrastructure Project Portfolio Tool.
6. Assist in creating templates and guidelines to improve operational efficiency and quality.
7. Support and animate the GIS Apprentice community, promoting collaboration and innovation.

1. Enrollment in a master's degree program in engineering or business administration (Bac +4, Bac +5).
2. Experience in a related field is highly regarded.
