- Conduct physical expertise studies by collaborating with partners to develop hypotheses and action plans, executing laboratory studies, and communicating results effectively.
- Perform relevant laboratory analyses including thermal analysis (DSC/TGA), rheology, optical and electron microscopy, colorimetry, gloss, particle size analysis, pycnometry, and specific surface area measurements.
- Explore and implement new measurement techniques and methods to meet the needs of research, development, and production teams.
- Doctorate (PhD) or Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Strong foundation in physical chemistry, materials physics, process engineering, and/or cosmetic product formulation.
- Scientific curiosity and interdisciplinary analytical skills.
- Proficiency in experimental laboratory work.
- Ability to communicate findings effectively and proactively seek solutions.
Proven track record in physical chemistry, materials physics, process engineering, or cosmetic product formulation.
Doctorate (PhD) or Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
