1. Answer phone inquiries professionally and courteously.
2. Perform cashier and administrative duties efficiently.
3. Document messages accurately and deliver them to Fashion Advisors promptly.
4. Establish strong client relationships through effective phone communication.
5. Assist with processing transactions and maintaining cash and wrap stations.
6. Prepare packaging and assist with gift wrapping as needed.
7. Provide exceptional customer service to colleagues and clients.
8. Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and Chanel Head Office.
9. Maintain confidentiality of the company's commercial activities and internal affairs.

1. 1-3 years of successful experience in customer service.
2. Experience in retail operations or phone customer service is an asset.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Ability to multitask effectively.
5. Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
6. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
7. Willingness to work retail business hours, including weekends.
8. Fluent in English; French is a plus.
