1. Assist the Performance Project Manager within the Parfums & Beauté division.
2. Collaborate with the Purchasing and PLV Development departments on various projects.
3. Conduct audits and assessments of current information systems.
4. Define requirements and deliverables for various work tools.
5. Identify potential documentary engineering solutions.
6. Support the deployment of new performance management tools.
7. Evaluate supplier performance based on Quality, Cost, Delivery, and CSR criteria.
8. Conduct industrial mapping and identify expertise areas.
9. Standardize compliance reporting tools.
10. Contribute to the development of new raw material reporting processes.
11. Update the eco-design guide with case studies and alternative solutions.
12. Perform functional analysis of major PLV categories.
13. Develop performance tracking tools and data monitoring for PLV projects.

1. Higher education degree in business or engineering.
2. Interest in audit and performance management.

1. Proficiency in Power BI and Excel.
2. Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
3. Ability to synthesize analytical information.
4. Adaptability to new technologies.

Ideally, candidates should have initial experience in management control, auditing, or information systems management.

Higher education degree in business or engineering.
