- Deliver seamless, branded, and human-centered experiences across all stages of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, mobility, reboarding, and exits.
- Shape lifecycle strategies by anticipating workforce needs and market dynamics.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of employee records and documentation.
- Safeguard consistent HR operations and governance frameworks across markets.
- Act as the primary advisor for employee relations, handling concerns with fairness and confidentiality.
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans to enhance culture, engagement, and wellbeing.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing clarity and practical solutions to people matters.
- Utilize data to inform strategy and provide actionable recommendations.
- Lead or support market-wide projects such as culture transformation and process redesign.
- Contribute to a cohesive and agile People Experience team, building future capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
- Proficiency in English and Traditional Chinese.
- Advanced familiarity with Workday and strong HR systems literacy.
- Strong analytical capability to interpret data and drive insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in designing end-to-end employee journeys and leading transformation.
- Ability to act as a strategic business partner with influence.
Minimum 8 – 10 years of HR/People Experience/People Operations experience with proven responsibility for lifecycle management and stakeholder advisory. Experience in luxury retail or fast-paced business settings is highly valued.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
