1. Support HR operations including Employee Data Management and people engagement initiatives.
2. Assist with invoice administration, part-time payroll, and new hire background checks.
3. Coordinate new hire onboarding tasks and documentation, including welcome gifts and identity verification.
4. Manage Merchandise On Loan requests and approvals.
5. Issue and coordinate company letters for status changes and terminations.
6. Respond to government inquiries and manage work injury administration.
7. Handle work visa and consultancy agreement data.
8. Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR team.
9. Assist in HR-related ad hoc projects.
10. Provide professional advice and follow through on employee inquiries.
11. Foster employee relationships through regular meetings and communications.
12. Assist in planning and implementing employee engagement activities.
13. Prepare regular reports and analyses to enhance performance and efficiency.
14. Maintain HR records and ensure data integrity.
15. Identify and implement departmental improvements.
16. Coordinate with the Workplace Experience Team on health and safety initiatives.

1. Degree in Human Resources or related field.
2. Experience as an HR generalist in a multinational environment, preferably in luxury retail.

1. Proactive and adaptable with strong problem-solving skills.
2. Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
3. Familiarity with Macau labor laws and Chinese typing (advantageous).
4. Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
5. Excellent communication skills in English.

Multinational HR generalist experience, preferably within the luxury retail sector.

Degree in Human Resources or related field.
