- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks for the People Experience department, ensuring efficient operations.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting orientation sessions and exit interviews.
- Manage vendor partnerships related to People & Organisation operations, ensuring service quality and alignment with standards.
- Coordinate and execute employee engagement initiatives and events, promoting a positive and inclusive culture.
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance and support.
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of employee relations cases and interventions.
- Support the implementation of policies related to employee conduct and performance management.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in human resources or administrative support roles.
- Familiarity with employment laws, HR best practices, and workplace regulations.
- Proficiency in English and Traditional Chinese.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Proficiency with HR systems such as Workday and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in human resources or administrative support roles, preferably in employee relations or engagement within a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
