Chanel People Experience and Listening Intern

- Support the development and execution of the global People Listening strategy, including surveys and focus groups.
- Assist in expressing the employee value proposition through compelling narratives.
- Contribute to designing meaningful employee experiences using design thinking and service design methodologies.
- Collect and analyze employee feedback data using tools like Qualtrics.
- Create reports and presentations to share insights with stakeholders.
- Monitor engagement scores, response rates, and action plan progress.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and integrate people initiatives.
- Participate in workshops to co-design the People Experience Strategy Playbook.
- Assist in managing timelines and deliverables for people listening projects.
- Provide administrative support to the Talent and Experience team, including handling NDAs, contracts, and invoicing.
- Completed degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Fluency in English and French, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with market research or employee engagement methodologies.
- Basic understanding of data analysis and visualization techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
Previous internship or project experience in HR, employee engagement, or related fields is a plus.
Completed degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Gain hands-on experience in a leading global luxury brand with exposure to various aspects of People Experience and People Listening, along with mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals.
