- Ensure seamless delivery of People & Organisation (P&O) services throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to retirement.
- Manage critical P&O processes, including data management, benefits administration, and employment documentation.
- Resolve complex employee issues and implement effective P&O programs.
- Provide data-driven insights to support informed decision-making and cultivate a culture of fairness and compliance.
- Maintain adherence to local legislation and internal policies, proactively addressing compliance risks.
- Streamline processes and suggest improvements to enhance organisational efficiency.
- Serve as the first point of contact for P&O matters, delivering prompt and reliable services to employees.
- Support HR Business Partners and leaders with workforce analytics, reporting, and data modelling.
- Share external market insights and internal people data to facilitate decision-making.
- Proven experience with core P&O processes such as onboarding, data management, and benefits administration.
- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and resolve operational challenges.
- Experience managing sensitive data with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions.
- Proficiency in HR technology and data analytics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships across various organisational levels.
- Innovative mindset with a willingness to experiment and adapt.
Good experience in managing P&O processes and handling sensitive data with confidentiality.
