1. Ensure seamless delivery of People & Organisation (P&O) services throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to retirement.
2. Manage critical P&O processes, including data management, benefits administration, and employment documentation.
3. Resolve complex employee issues and implement effective P&O programs.
4. Provide data-driven insights to support informed decision-making and cultivate a culture of fairness and compliance.
5. Maintain adherence to local legislation and internal policies, proactively addressing compliance risks.
6. Streamline processes and suggest improvements to enhance organisational efficiency.
7. Serve as the first point of contact for P&O matters, delivering prompt and reliable services to employees.
8. Support HR Business Partners and leaders with workforce analytics, reporting, and data modelling.
9. Share external market insights and internal people data to facilitate decision-making.
