1. Participate in payroll audits through mass control procedures.
2. Assist in the validation and dispatch of final pay settlements for temporary contracts and interns.
3. Support payroll experts in managing advances, transfers, garnishments, and addressing employee inquiries.
4. Contribute to the redesign of processes during the implementation of the new payroll system (ADP Link).
5. Manage medical leave documentation.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Payroll, Personnel Management, or Human Resources.
2. Previous successful experience in payroll management.

1. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office tools.
2. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
3. Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide exceptional service.
4. Adaptability to new software and digital tools.

Previous experience in payroll management is required.

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
