Chanel Packaging Sector Manager

The Chamant site, a hub of innovation and expertise in color, employs over 350 individuals and features multiple manufacturing workshops and semi-automated packaging lines.
- Supervise the operation of packaging lines, ensuring successful lipstick molding processes and proposing solutions when necessary.
- Optimize available resources to enhance efficiency.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks through strategic action plans.
- Develop and monitor sector performance using KPIs, implementing tailored action plans and selecting appropriate investments.
- Contribute to the successful launch of new products, including development, component testing, machine trials, and team training.
- Lead project groups focused on continuous improvement initiatives in quality, safety, environment, and lean performance, collaborating closely with Industrialization Managers.
- Anticipate and plan projects impacting sector activities.
- Conduct line audits, including 5S, GMP, and safety assessments.
- Engineering degree or equivalent with industrial experience across multiple domains such as safety, quality, and methods.
- Project management experience within an industrial setting.
- Strong interest and understanding of manufacturing and/or packaging processes.
- Leadership and strategic vision.

- Organizational and managerial capabilities.
Industrial experience with a focus on project management and process coordination.
Engineering degree or equivalent.
