Chanel Packaging Quality Technician

The industrial and supply teams, located across three sites in Oise, are dedicated to the manufacturing and global distribution of Chanel's skincare, perfumes, and makeup, ensuring swift industrialization of new products.
- Ensure the maintenance of quality standards for components and finished products.
- Act as the quality reference and liaison for packaging workshops, component reception control, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Participate in defining control elements by component range or family and implementing control methods with the Packaging Development Department.
- Manage discrepancies throughout a component's lifecycle, including ruling on non-conformities and ensuring batch release.
- Conduct investigations following packaging quality deviations and monitor supplier action plans.
- Provide technical assistance to workshops and subcontractors, including production start-up audits, non-conformities, and packaging expertise.
- Maintain quality levels of components and finished products through process audits, quality assessments, and supplier partnerships.
- Possess a Bac+2/3 degree in Technical Studies, Plastics Engineering, or Packaging, or equivalent experience.
- Significant experience in packaging, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or food industries.
- Strong service orientation and ability to build solid relationships.
- Attention to detail and creativity to uphold high-quality standards and propose innovative solutions.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office 365 for efficient task and project management.
- English proficiency is advantageous.
Significant experience in packaging, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or food industries is required.
Bac+2/3 degree in Technical Studies, Plastics Engineering, or Packaging, or equivalent experience.
