The Innovate, Develop & Purchase (IDP) department at Chanel encompasses various disciplines including Innovation, Packaging Development and Approval, Packaging Procurement, Event Procurement, Raw Material Procurement for Cosmetics, and Subcontracting Procurement.

1. Execute procurement for new product launches and existing product enhancements within the Makeup division, focusing on continuous improvement in cost, quality, timelines, innovation, and CSR.
2. Actively contribute to the deployment of Responsible Procurement and Eco-design strategies.
3. Develop new products and evolve existing references by establishing a supplier panel in collaboration with the Group Procurement Manager.
4. Draft requests for proposals and construct supplier selection recommendations in alignment with development goals.
5. Collaborate with project teams to construct PRUs and manage tooling budgets.
6. Lead procurement for a portfolio of suppliers, managing supplier relationships, performance, and risk.
7. Ensure compliance with Responsible Procurement policies and draft framework agreements with the legal department.
8. Participate in the preparation of the N+1 budget and support the deployment of cross-functional projects.

1. Advanced degree equivalent to Bac+5 with a specialization in procurement.

3. Analytical sensitivity and strong synthesis capability.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in English and IT tools.

Experience in procurement, particularly within the luxury or cosmetics sector, is preferred.

Advanced degree equivalent to Bac+5 with a specialization in procurement.
