The Innovate, Develop & Purchase (IDP) Department at Chanel consists of various functions, including Innovation, Packaging Development and Approval, Packaging Procurement, Event Procurement, Raw Material Procurement for cosmetics, and Subcontracting Procurement.

1. Develop primary and secondary packaging.
2. Collaborate with suppliers.
3. Work with various company departments in project groups.
4. Ensure proper industrialization in factories.
5. Correct, evolve, and validate plans and engraving approvals.
6. Build or modify specifications.
7. Plan and monitor project schedules.
8. Enter data into the PLM information system.

1. Generalist/Plastics Engineer with a specialization in packaging or Packaging Engineer.
2. Recent graduate or with a minimum of 6 months experience in packaging supply or client brand.
