The Innovate, Develop & Purchase (IDP) Department at Chanel consists of various functions, including Innovation, Packaging Development and Approval, Packaging Procurement, Event Procurement, Raw Material Procurement for cosmetics, and Subcontracting Procurement.
- Develop primary and secondary packaging.
- Collaborate with suppliers.
- Work with various company departments in project groups.
- Ensure proper industrialization in factories.
- Correct, evolve, and validate plans and engraving approvals.
- Build or modify specifications.
- Plan and monitor project schedules.
- Enter data into the PLM information system.
- Generalist/Plastics Engineer with a specialization in packaging or Packaging Engineer.
- Recent graduate or with a minimum of 6 months experience in packaging supply or client brand.
- Curiosity, openness, and dynamism.
- Initiative and ability to propose solutions.
- Rigor, organization, and strong interpersonal skills.
