Chanel Packaging Engineer Intern

- Elevate packaging quality standards by piloting and optimizing control and validation methods with the Homologation service to ensure impeccable quality upon receipt.
- Define and implement key performance methodologies to enhance process efficiency and improve satisfaction rates.
- Collaborate with suppliers to evolve quality criteria by setting new expectations for precision, performance, and sustainability.
- Analyze interactions between packaging and production lines to ensure compatibility and optimize packaging quality.
- Drive continuous industrial quality improvement by implementing effective actions on production lines.
- Analyze packaging defect trends and develop a predictive quality framework to prevent performance variability before production.
- Contribute to the development and industrialization of new products by collaborating with key internal partners.
- Lead an audit program with partners to ensure flawless compliance with quality standards.
- Guide partners towards process harmonization to ensure increasingly efficient packaging.
- Establish a continuous improvement dynamic by aligning requirements with suppliers through robust partnerships.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Packaging or General Engineering with a specialization in Quality Control/Packaging.
- Possession of a driver's license and personal vehicle.
- Proficiency in advanced quality tools (FMEA, 7M, Pareto).
- Experience with management software (SAP, QMS, NCP).
- Cross-functional collaboration with production, development, and suppliers.
- Project management, continuous improvement, and data analysis skills.
A first experience in the industry is advantageous.
Master's degree in Packaging or General Engineering with a specialization in Quality Control/Packaging.
