Packaging Development Engineer

1. Develop technical and economic feasibility responses to marketing briefs.
2. Collaborate with buyers to initiate supplier tenders and establish product cost prices.
3. Monitor tooling budgets.
4. Design packaging in collaboration with suppliers.
5. Develop and follow the homologation plan with the packaging homologation laboratory.
6. Create technical specifications for components.
7. Manage development schedules.
8. Coordinate launch supplies with Purchasing, Supply Chain, and factories.
9. Conduct ongoing technological monitoring and participate in cross-departmental projects related to organizational development and sustainability strategy deployment.

1. Higher education degree (Engineering school type).
2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical development and project management.

2. Autonomy and technical curiosity.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Fluency in English.
5. Proficiency in computer tools.

At least 1 year of experience in a technical development and project management role.
