1. Develop recommendations for new product launches in alignment with Responsible Purchasing and Eco-design strategies.
2. Create supplier panels and manage tender processes, recommending supplier selections.
3. Develop unit price estimates and monitor tooling budgets.
4. Manage a portfolio of suppliers, overseeing operational purchasing activities.
5. Lead supplier relationship management, performance monitoring, and risk assessment.
6. Participate in the development of the annual budget.
7. Draft supplier relationship framework agreements in collaboration with the legal department.
8. Ensure compliance with Responsible Purchasing policies.
9. Support the deployment of cross-functional projects.

1. Advanced degree (Bac +5) with a specialization in purchasing.
2. 2 to 5 years of successful experience in a similar role.
3. Proficiency in negotiation.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Analytical skills and affinity for numbers.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills.
7. Proficiency in English and IT tools.
8. Experience in the beauty and/or luxury sector is advantageous.
