1. Develop new products and evolve existing references in the Makeup division.
2. Create supplier panels in agreement with the Group Purchasing Manager.
3. Draft requests for proposals and build supplier selection recommendations.
4. Collaborate with project teams to construct PRUs.
5. Manage tooling budgets.
6. Lead buying for a portfolio of suppliers.
7. Manage supplier relationships, performance, and risks.
8. Ensure compliance with Responsible Purchasing policies.
9. Draft framework agreements with the legal department.
10. Participate in the development of the next year's budget.
11. Support the deployment of cross-functional projects.

1. Hold a higher education degree equivalent to Bac+5 with a specialization in purchasing.
2. 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, with luxury or cosmetics experience as a plus.

1. Strong negotiation skills.
2. Rigorous and organized.
3. Analytical sensitivity and good synthesis ability.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills.
5. Fluency in English and proficiency in computer tools.
