Responsibilities
- Develop new products and evolve existing references in the Perfumes & Toiletries sector.
- Establish supplier panels in agreement with the Group Purchasing Manager.
- Draft requests for proposals and build supplier choice recommendations in line with development.
- Collaborate with the project team to construct the Unit Production Cost (PRU).
- Manage the tooling budget.
- Lead buying for a portfolio of suppliers.
- Manage supplier relationships, performance, and risks.
- Ensure compliance with Responsible Purchasing policies.
- Draft framework agreements with the legal department.
- Participate in the development of the N+1 budget.
- Support the deployment of cross-functional projects.
Qualifications
- Degree in higher education, equivalent to Bac+5, with a specialization in purchasing.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, with luxury or cosmetics experience being an additional asset.

- Strong negotiation skills.
- Rigorous and organized.
- Analytical sensitivity and strong synthesis ability.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in IT tools.
Experience Requirements
3 to 5 years in a similar function, preferably in the luxury or cosmetics industry.
Education Requirements
Degree equivalent to Bac+5 with a specialization in purchasing.
