1. Lead and manage a team of three responsible for packaging approval.
2. Validate approval plans to anticipate risks and ensure the relevance of testing procedures.
3. Conduct compatibility and functionality tests for existing and event-specific packaging modifications.
4. Assist in decision-making for non-conformities by evaluating risks and conducting additional tests.
5. Analyze and validate test results, ensuring adherence to timelines.
6. Provide technical support and coaching to the team, facilitating effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
7. Oversee activities to manage workload and propose improvements.
8. Develop packaging expertise and team autonomy.

1. Advanced degree in engineering or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years in packaging development, with initial management experience preferred.
