1. Ensure the efficient coordination and allocation of work within the team to meet productivity targets.
2. Oversee the timely receipt and dispatch of stock, optimizing warehouse space and resources.
3. Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies using SAP/PC systems.
4. Conduct 'Return-to-work' interviews and 'Interim Reviews,' assigning mentors to staff as needed.
5. Participate actively in warehouse operational meetings.
6. Maintain knowledge of health and safety guidelines, ensuring compliance among staff.
7. Report stock and operational issues to the line manager promptly.
8. Facilitate effective communication with Boutique, Head Office teams, and Watch wholesalers for accurate deliveries and updates.
9. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

1. Proven experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or operations environment.
2. Strong understanding of stock management and logistics.

1. Proficiency in SAP or similar inventory management systems.
2. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.

A minimum of 3 years in a supervisory position within a warehouse or similar operational setting is required.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
