Chanel Operations Specialist

- Coordinate marketing campaigns in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure operational readiness and alignment with supply planning.
- Maintain and manage customer master data for accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Oversee and operate key digital platforms to support commercial and operational activities.
- Verify and manage customer commercial conditions, including control and validation of rebate invoices.
- Prepare analytical reports and monitor operational KPIs to support decision-making.
- Develop dashboards to analyze service levels, quotas, and other key performance indicators.
- Manage and resolve commercial issues related to pricing, stock availability, and special orders.
- Produce tailored analyses and reports for different departments based on business needs.
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–4 years of professional experience in commercial support, logistics, or operations.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and Business Intelligence tools.
- High attention to detail and comfort with structured processes and tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on performance monitoring and continuous improvement.
- Proactive, solution-oriented approach with the ability to anticipate issues and propose improvements.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage workload peaks effectively.
- Professional level of English.
Minimum 3–4 years of professional experience in commercial support, logistics, or operations, preferably within the Fragrance & Beauty or luxury sector.
University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Supply Chain or Data Analytics is a plus.
