Chanel Wholesale Operations Project Assistant Internship

- Coordinate and oversee quality visit schedules for wholesale and department stores.
- Monitor and analyze the execution of quality visit waves, providing quantitative and qualitative insights.
- Update and improve the quality visit guide and checklist.
- Serve as the primary contact between field teams, headquarters, and external partners.
- Analyze B2B visits and B2C interactions by region and retailer.
- Support the management and coordination of the TWEED tool, including import/export of schedules and field team support.
- Assist in the digitalization of passage requests and the creation of dashboards.
- Contribute to the management of B2C resources and personal allocations for wholesale and department stores.
- Participate in the preparation of analyses and presentations for sales seminars.
- Manage the distribution of experience tools to field teams.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (BAC+4/BAC+5) with a strong interest in field operations and a good understanding of the Parfums Beauté sector.
- Dynamic and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and service-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
No prior experience is required, but an interest in retail and operations is essential.
Pursuing a Master's degree (BAC+4/BAC+5).
Interns will benefit from an integration program, including training on the history and products of Chanel, and opportunities to deepen retail knowledge and enhance communication skills. Participation in events and joining a community of young talents will help build a professional network.
