Chanel Operations Manager

- Oversee and direct operations across all divisions within the boutique to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and manage systems/tools to facilitate seamless operations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, responding promptly to queries and assisting on the sales floor as needed.
- Manage cash register operations, including opening, balancing, closing, and bank deposits.
- Oversee shipping and receiving processes, ensuring timely handling of parcels.
- Maintain inventory integrity and oversee stock organization to support business results.
- Lead change management initiatives and act as a resource and trainer for the boutique team.
- Manage after-sales services, including repair intake and execution of minor in-store repairs.
- Communicate with contractors and vendors to uphold boutique maintenance standards.
- Collaborate with management to organize staff uniforms and ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines.
- Coach and develop the heart of house team, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines and maintain product quality standards.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service and product knowledge.
- Successful experience of at least 4-6 years in leadership retail operations and/or stock management.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in French considered an asset.
- Ability to lift approximately 15-20 lbs.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in managing and mentoring teams.
- Comfortable working across different departments.
A minimum of 4-6 years in leadership roles within retail operations or stock management is required.
Competitive base salary: 95k-100k CAD annually.
