1. Manage the maintenance and technical upkeep of the site.
2. Oversee the maintenance of green spaces.
3. Ensure a high level of service, especially during events.
4. Ensure the safety and security of property and people, adhering to regulatory hygiene and fire safety procedures.
5. Supervise multi-technical maintenance and cleanliness services.
6. Ensure the proper functioning of equipment and technical installations.
7. Address recurring property issues.
8. Participate in purchasing and stock management related to property maintenance.
9. Advise the Hospitality Manager on specialized intervention needs.
10. Coordinate and manage the maintenance of green spaces and sports equipment.
11. Ensure the security of property and people in collaboration with security providers.
12. Train property staff on safety rules and procedures.
13. Ensure workplace safety and risk management.
14. Coordinate events on-site, maintaining Chanel standards and safety rules.
15. Monitor energy consumption and implement plans to reduce usage.
16. Provide regular reporting to the real estate and employee services management.
17. Develop the operational and investment budget for the site.
18. Oversee maintenance work, including needs assessment, tendering, and work supervision.

1. Degree in services and maintenance (Bac+2 to Bac+5).
2. Successful experience in managing a real estate site with significant green space.
3. Familiarity with managing and supervising various service providers.
