1. Manage and troubleshoot on-site equipment and systems.
2. Oversee the technical maintenance and upkeep of the site.
3. Ensure a high level of service, particularly during events.
4. Perform daily restoration work on site installations, including heating, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical systems, and painting.
5. Conduct regular technical rounds and temperature checks of cold rooms for hygiene measures.
6. Participate in predictive and preventive maintenance of installations.
7. Handle various materials and equipment, such as plumbing, woodwork, electrical bulbs, faucet seals, doors, and windows.
8. Perform manual handling tasks.
9. Resolve fire alarm triggers and assist external service providers.
10. Assess and mitigate risks, reporting any incidents and implementing initial safety measures.
11. Provide daily and/or weekly activity reports to management.
12. Supervise multi-technical maintenance and property services, ensuring proper functioning of all equipment and installations.
13. Participate in purchasing and stock management related to property maintenance, and oversee invoice and expense control.
14. Ensure guest safety and comfort, addressing service requests courteously and efficiently.
15. Advise the Hospitality Manager on specialized intervention needs.
16. Coordinate with the Hospitality Manager to manage on-site events, maintaining Chanel standards and safety regulations.

1. Diploma in building or related field.
2. Significant experience in the service industry.

3. Autonomous with solid technical expertise.
4. Ability to adapt to a multidisciplinary team in a demanding environment.
5. Discretion, humility, and rigor.

Varied experience in multiple manual activities with electrical certification.

Diploma in building or related field.
