Chanel Operations Manager

1. Oversee all operational functions within the boutique, including inventory control, shipping and receiving, alterations, facilities management, security, resource planning/staffing, compliance, and expense management.
2. Collaborate with the Home Office Retail Operations team to develop and execute strategic initiatives aimed at increasing operational efficiency.
3. Lead and inspire operational staff, fostering a positive working environment and a culture of feedback, diversity, mutual respect, and teamwork.
4. Act as the ultimate expert on all Standard Operating Procedures, systems, and tools, serving as a resource for the entire boutique team.
5. Manage budgets and forecast expenditures for a multi-faceted boutique.
6. Ensure boutique image and operational standards are upheld while delivering elevated client service to drive business results.

1. Minimum 5 years of related experience.
2. Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
3. Ability to lift 15 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

5. Foreign language skills (preferred).

A minimum of 5 years in a related field, with a focus on operations management within a luxury retail environment.

Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $87,500 to $105,000. Additional compensation may include benefits and perks.
