1. Support the Senior Operations Coordinator in acting as a business partner for the three divisions, providing continuous support to divisions and markets.
2. Coordinate daily logistics flows and manage claims related to operations.
3. Utilize ERP systems as an expert to resolve EDI blocks.
4. Process orders and coordinate logistics flow, ensuring seamless triangular operations without customs blocks.
5. Manage daily operational flows within the ERP system.
6. Communicate proactively with divisions and markets to prevent operational delays.
7. Register all orders in the Export Department folder according to organizational standards.
8. Process all freight invoices through the FAP platform.
9. Utilize various platforms and intranet resources to obtain necessary information.
10. Regularize transactions such as transfers, misdeliveries, and manual invoicing in a timely manner.

1. Enrollment in a Bachelor or Master program in International Trade or a related field.
2. First successful experience in the luxury or industrial sector.
3. Fluency in English and French, with B1 proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese. Japanese is advantageous.

1. Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulas.
2. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or AX.
3. Strong responsiveness and reliability.
4. Keen attention to detail.

A first successful experience in the luxury or industrial sector is required.

Enrollment in a Bachelor or Master program in International Trade or a related field.
