1. Support the Senior Operations Coordinator in acting as a business partner for three divisions, providing continuous support to divisions and markets.
2. Coordinate daily logistics flows and manage claims related to operations.
3. Utilize ERP systems as an expert to resolve EDI blocks and process orders efficiently.
4. Coordinate logistics flows, including triangular operations, ensuring no customs blocks.
5. Process all daily flows into the ERP system.
6. Communicate proactively with divisions and markets to prevent operational delays.
7. Register all orders in the Export Department folder according to organizational procedures.
8. Process freight invoices through the FAP platform.
9. Utilize all platforms and intranet to access necessary information.
10. Regularize transactions such as transfers, misdeliveries, and manual invoicing in a timely manner.

1. Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program in International Trade or a related field.
2. Previous successful experience in the luxury or industry sector.

1. Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese at B1 level; Japanese is an advantage.
2. Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulas.
3. Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or AX is advantageous.
4. Strong responsiveness and reliability.
5. Attention to detail.

A first successful experience in the luxury or industry sector is required.

Bachelor's or Master's level student in International Trade or a related field.
