- Assist the Operations Manager in clerical and administrative tasks to ensure efficient boutique operations.
- Supervise, motivate, and coach the Heart of House team to maintain high operational standards.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries via telephone and email to uphold strong client relationships.
- Support the sales floor, including welcoming clients, managing repair-intake, and presenting new collections.
- Assist with inventory management, including RFID, cycle counts, and year-end inventory processes.
- Lead and execute the processing of all incoming and outgoing merchandise within 24 hours.
- Ensure compliance with Chanel's Standard Operating Procedures and maintain document retention.
- Oversee Customer Owned Goods, Chanel et Moi Repairs/Alterations, and Consignment processes.
- Reconcile and balance daily invoices and manage boutique supplies.
- Maintain a clean and organized boutique environment, partnering with management as needed.
- Respond to Inter-Boutique Transfer requests and manage boutique invoices.
- Support spare part and alterations supplies orders and staff uniform organization.
- Participate in trainings and activities for professional development and support change management initiatives.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail operations or stock management.
- Strong knowledge of shipping and receiving processes.
- Customer-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and teams.
- Physical ability to lift approximately 15-20lbs.
- Proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
A minimum of 3-5 years in retail operations or stock management is required.
Competitive base salary of 65-70k CAD annually, with opportunities for growth and advancement.
