1. Assist the Operations Manager in clerical and administrative tasks to ensure seamless boutique operations.
2. Supervise, motivate, and coach the Heart of House team to maintain high operational standards.
3. Respond to internal and external inquiries via telephone and email to uphold strong client relationships.
4. Support the sales floor, including welcoming clients, managing repair intake, and presenting new collections.
5. Assist with inventory management, including RFID, cycle counts, and year-end inventory processes.
6. Ensure inventory integrity by managing shrink and processing all merchandise transactions within 24 hours.
7. Oversee compliance with Customer Owned Goods, Chanel et Moi Repairs/Alterations, and Consignment procedures.
8. Reconcile and balance daily invoices and manage boutique supplies and document retention.
9. Inspect and maintain a clean, organized boutique environment, partnering with management as needed.
10. Facilitate inter-boutique transfers and manage boutique invoices through internal systems.
11. Order and organize staff uniforms and support spare part and alterations supply orders.
12. Coach and support Heart of House team members in achieving objectives and goals.
13. Participate in training and activities for professional development and champion change management.

1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail operations or stock management.

1. Strong knowledge of shipping and receiving processes.
2. Customer experience orientation.
3. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
4. Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
5. Ability to collaborate with various departments and teams.
6. Physical ability to lift approximately 15-20 lbs.

3-5 years in retail operations or stock management.
