Chanel Operations Assistant

1. Assist the Operations Manager in monitoring boutique performance indicators
2. Analyze sales and results of the boutique and track daily performance
3. Conduct monthly and ad-hoc product performance analyses, including sell-through, slow and best-sellers, merchandising highlights, and purchase tracking
4. Analyze monthly and ad-hoc sales staff performance
5. Support the general services management of the boutique, including maintenance, security, and IT
6. Assist in order preparation for supplies, printing, uniforms, and budget tracking
7. Ensure client shipment follow-up
8. Aid in preparing team briefings and information meetings on boutique activities

1. Student from a business school or university
2. First experience in retail (sales, stock management) or management/finance
3. Interest in fashion and retail industry

1. Dynamic with a strong sense of service
2. Rigorous and well-organized
3. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
4. Fluent in English
5. Proficient in IT tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint

First experience in retail or management/finance is required.

Student from a business school or university.
