1. Assist the Operations Manager in monitoring boutique performance indicators.
2. Conduct sales analysis and daily performance tracking of the boutique.
3. Perform monthly and ad-hoc product performance analyses, including sell-through rates and merchandising highlights.
4. Analyze monthly and ad-hoc sales associate performance metrics.
5. Support the Operations Manager in managing general services of the boutique, including maintenance, security, and IT.
6. Aid in order preparation, including supplies, printing, and uniforms, while adhering to budget constraints.
7. Ensure client shipment tracking.
8. Assist in preparing team briefings and informational meetings regarding boutique activities.

1. Enrolled in a business school or university program.
2. Previous experience in retail or finance/management sectors.

1. Dynamic with strong service orientation.
2. Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
3. Fluent in English.
4. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

Previous experience in retail, stock management, or finance is required.

Currently enrolled in a business school or university.
