- Support the Operations Manager in overseeing performance indicators and develop action plans in collaboration with all boutique stakeholders.
- Monitor daily retail performance, including traffic, average basket size, and monthly target achievement across product lines.
- Analyze sales performance of staff and product collections, focusing on metrics such as sell-through rates and inventory coverage.
- Assist in the preparation and follow-up of new collection purchases and sales tracking.
- Provide support to managers in sales, visual merchandising, and alterations through high-value analyses to enhance operational management.
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the boutique, including onboarding new staff and supporting team briefings and meetings.
- Assist the Operations Manager in managing general services to uphold the boutique's image.
- Act as a key contact for interactions with department store teams.
- Enrollment in a business school, engineering school, or university program.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in analytical roles (management, finance, marketing) or boutique experience.
- Interest in fashion.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of VBA is advantageous.
- Strong numerical aptitude and versatility.
- Dynamic and service-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
A minimum of 6 months in analytical roles or boutique experience is required.
Currently enrolled in a business, engineering, or university program.
Interns will receive an integration program, including training on Chanel's history and products, and opportunities to expand retail knowledge and communication skills. Participation in a Young Talent Community for professional networking is also included.
