Chanel Operations Assistant Manager Intern

- Support the Operations Manager in overseeing performance indicators and devising action plans in collaboration with boutique stakeholders.
- Monitor daily retail performance metrics such as traffic, average basket size, and monthly targets.
- Analyze sales performance of staff and product collections, including sell-through rates and merchandising effectiveness.
- Assist in the preparation and follow-up of new collection purchases and sales tracking.
- Provide analytical support to managers across various departments, enhancing their operational oversight.
- Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new employees, including uniform distribution and IT setup.
- Assist in preparing team briefings and information sessions, occasionally leading discussions on relevant topics.
- Support the Operations Manager in managing general services to uphold the boutique's image.
- Act as a key contact for interactions with department store teams.
- Currently enrolled in a business, engineering, or university program.
- Previous experience of at least 6 months in analytical roles or boutique settings.
- Strong numerical aptitude and analytical skills.
- Versatility and dynamism with a customer service orientation.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; VBA knowledge is advantageous.
A minimum of 6 months in analytical roles or boutique experience is required.
Currently pursuing a degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
Interns will benefit from an integration program, including training on the history and products of Chanel, and opportunities to expand retail knowledge and communication skills. Participation in a Young Talent Community for networking is also included.
